It’s both easy and hard to miss The Little Ox on New Street in Brighton (just off North Road). Easy because it’s not where you’d expect to find an excellent cafe , right next to an Auto Service shop, with not much else around but housing. Hard because of the beautifully designed outdoors. This is a Hello Fresh recipe and one of my favourites. Cooking the chicken breast in a blanket of grated zucchini, chilli flakes (optional, I personally can’t eat spicy food so I stay away) and Parmesan cheese keeps it toasty warm!
